EDWARD C. MORASCYZK
Edward C. Morascyzk is a 1975 Cum Laude graduate of Washington & Jefferson College, and a 1979 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law. He opened his law firm in 1984 and in 1995 formed Morascyzk, Stopperich, and Associates. His areas of concentration include Business Law, Real Estate Law, Oil and Gas leasing, Pipeline Rights of Way, Social Security Disability, Social Security Children's Benefits, and Supplemental Security Income cases.
Attorney Morascyzk is authorized to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, and the Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He has represented clients in jury trials, administrative proceedings, and various hearings. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Washington County Bar Associations, an officer and member of the Executive Committee of the Washington County Bar Association, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Bar Association Foundation, and an officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Washington County Community Foundation. He is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). Attorney Morascyzk has been inducted into the Washington & Jefferson College Sports Hall of Fame.
MARK C. STOPPERICH
Attorney Mark C. Stopperich is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Regent University School of Law. He joined the firm in January of 1991 and was named a partner in January of 1995. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all other Pennsylvania Courts, and the Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He also practices before several Pennsylvania Administrative Courts. Attorney Stopperich concentrates his practice in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury. He also serves as a Mental Health Hearing Officer for the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County. He is a member of the Washington and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
SUSAN E. YAROSZ
Attorney Susan E. Yarosz joined the law firm of Morascyzk, Stopperich, and Associates in December 2005. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, after earning her B.A. in English from Georgetown University and studying at Oxford University. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She practices extensively before the Administrative Court of the Social Security Administration.
For over 20 years, Attorney Yarosz's practice has primarily consisted of representing both adults and children in their claims for Social Security Disability Insurance and/or Supplemental Security Income before the Social Security Administration. She represents claimants throughout Western and Central Pennsylvania. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Washington County Bar Association.
